fillings, and remain crispy. They may be frozen after being filled, and will
even remain crisp after thawing. The products are delicious and crispy either
with savory or sweet fillings. After being filled, they may be heated in a
microwave or frozen for future use. After freezing they can either go straight
into a preheated oven or they can be allowed to thaw first: either way they will
come out crispy. The products can be kept in a refrigerator for 15 to 20 hours
after being filled but they will become a little softer: when they are reheated
they will become crispy again. These are natural shells, meaning they are not
sweetened.` The shelf life is 12 months.
The Corolle and the Iris are ideal for use in creative receptions. The
