Bake Porter Line of Professional Quality Non Stick Bakeware
Before we explain what Bake Porter by PerpCo has, I must say in all the years I have been in this business I have never seen such high quality Bakeware. It is truly designed with the user in mind. The design of these pans will allow you to bake, decorate, take with you, and serve. So lets begin, Bake Porter™ features Professional quality metal bakeware made of carbon steel, providing rigidity, superior even heat conduction, durable non stick coating for easy release as well as cleaning. The premium serving cover is made of 100% melamine, designed to cover and clip onto bakeware for storage and transport. Inverted cover can be utilized as a convenient serving tray with the bakeware clipped in or holding food transferred from the bakeware. Inverted serving cover can hold ice underneath the bakeware to keep food cool for a period of time. The soft touch silicone corners are made of 100% silicone. Soft touch material allows easy lift off and clip on of the serving corner to the bakeware. Double function as non-skid pads to keep inverted serving cover stable when preparing or serving food.
How to use the Bake Porter™ Serving Cover
The serving cover is designed to clip on as a cover, or be inverted to hold the bakeware for serving or easy storage. When using as a cover place the serving cover over the bakeware. Lift out the silicone corners of the diagonally facing corners so that the cover touches the rim of the bakeware. Release the corners while pushing down cover and cover will snap securely underneath the rim of the bakeware. To remove the cover, simply lift and bend the silicone corners to release them from their locking position underneath the bakeware rim. Lift cover off. CAUTION When lifting and carrying the bakeware with attached serving corner, always hold the bakeware bottom. Do not lift holding the serving cover only as the weight of the food may cause the metal bakeware to drop. Before placing hot bakeware into inverted serving cover, allow bakeware to cool 10 minutes and use oven mitts or pads while handling. Enough said?.
